I remember when I was in a spelling bee in grade school and I was so nervous I spelled zipper wrong! I spelled it ZIPER!

I have been in my school spelling bee. And i dont remember the words that i got wrong. I was just sitting there and all of a sudden it was my turn and i got kinda nervous and misspelled it!

I've never been in a spelling Bee before did you like it or not? But I think that I wouldn't do good job in the spelling Bee because I wouldn't know those big words.

I've made it in the school spelling Bee, but I got out on the word boulevard.I wish that I made it farther, but there is always next year. I think that Kavya Shivashankar did a good job.

I have never won a spelling bee. Her winning word seemed very hard I would never have known what it meant or how to spell it. If I made it that far I would not even spell the first word right. That would take a lot of practice to make it that far. It is awesome that her last year she won.

That was really cool that on the last year she was eligible for the spelling bee she got first place. When we started the spelling bee in our shool didn't get anywhere close to making it out of the schoole but i was good enough to be an alternate, I thought that was pretty cool!

I have been in one spelling bee in 2 grade. I can not rember what word I triped on. I like watching speling bee's.

kavy is very luck to win the spelling bee I wish i could go to a big spelling bee when i lived down state I was in a school spelling bee but i have`t been in one secne then

no i have not been in a speling bee before. I came close though we hade a class speling bee and i was out on the word washer too bad though i coud have hade a chance i could have one too i was a good speler i even speled measurements right but i hade fun while i was runing for one!

That was really cool that she got first place on the last year she was eligible. When we started the spelling bee in our school i didn't get anywhere close to getting out of the school but I was an alternate, I thought that was pretty cool!

I remember when my lilttle sister was in a spelling bee she won 3 gold metals in a row and I was so proud when she won because I never was intrested and spelling but I never got a chance to be in one so I was so proud of my little sister

No,I have not ever been in a spelling bee but I saw a movie called Akela and the bee, and she was in a spelling bee, and her last word was kind of diffcult for her but she got trough it and spelled it correctly.

Good job on the spelling bee you were very competetive you remined me of the movie , akela and the bee Akela was in six grade and went inside the bee she did not miss a word great job on your success

yes! I have it was an exciting moment I was just on my last word I had a little bit of problems spelling the word but I toke a deep breath and said in my mind that I can do it at the time I was in 3rd grade but I am glad i got to spell the word correctly and plus I came in 3RD PLACE!

WELL WHEN I WAS IN 3RD GRADE I WAS IN A SPELLING BEE AND I CAME IN 2ND PLACE BECAUSE I MISSED THE WORD GRAVEL BUT WHEN I GO TO SIX GRADE I AM GOING TO BE IN A SPELLING BEE

No my little sister was in it and she and the first grade and she told me that she was scared to spell the word community I told her that it all

I remeber when I was in second grade I had to do a spelling bee it was the word {because} I couldn't get it right so I got second place.

Good job on the spelling bee I remember when my little sister was in the spelling bee we were chearing her on she said you just have to tack your and know you words she tried her best and she made it to the last to but she meSSED up on dinosour now she has moved on SO GOOD JOB

I've been in three spelling bee's in my life. One when I was in 2nd grade which I came im 2nd because I could not spell the was healthy.The other spelling bee i was in was in 3rd grade the word was campaign and I actually won the spelling bee in 3rd.I've also had my last one in 4th which I came in 3rd place.Also i've just attended a spelling bee at my new school RICHMOND HEIGHTS but I did not take part in it this year.

It have and the word was telegraph and it helped me win first place and I got a trophy and after that we went out to eat I was so happy and when I went to school they through me a party with lots of cake and icecream and chips and drinks and I got another party at home I was in 3rd grade

yes! I have been in a spelling bee before at washigton shores and I was in 3rd grade in I was so nervous when it was my turn I only had 10 words I was on my last word and I had stopped and every one was looking and I was shy so I closed my eyes and I finished my word in I won in SECOND PLACE and the word was international so I was proud of my self and I did it.

my first spelling bee was when I was in the first grade. people thought I could not spell but I prove them wrong by comming in first place. I was shock of what I did and people knew that I can spell.

I can't belive it! You won alot of times.But in the story it says that the trophy is bigger than you.My experience was at the school spelling bee. I came in 2 place.
The trophy was gold and shiny.

No, but I seen some body that was in a spelling bee contest and it was at Richmond Heights Elemantary in the cafeteria and that person got stuck on the word fabulous but they got a certificate for particapating.

Spelling bees are hard. This was a good one to watch. Remember last year when one of the kids fainted! That must have been scary.
