when was that picture taken back then or now a days.Because you still can have pictures like that ,but that is a sweet lookin photo!

I think they are important because they have helped to show that black people are equal.

Yes, I believe that groups such as the NAACP are very important. Unfortunately, these types of groups need to exist because these are people in this country who do not believe in equal rights for all of mankind. Groups like the NAACP give voices to citizens who otherwise would never be heard and brings awareness about certain issues that affects ua all. This does not stop at African- Americans but spans through people of various races, cultures, and ethnicities.

If he brings the troops home early they could possibly come here and start the war so i say leave them over there.

I think they're very important; everyone needs to be treated equally. That's why slavery was ended; because the government realized that it doesn't matter what you look like. We're all Americans, no matter what color we are.
