Zaylen

I think they are important because they have helped to show that black people are equal.

Aneesha

Yes, I believe that groups such as the NAACP are very important. Unfortunately, these types of groups need to exist because these are people in this country who do not believe in equal rights for all of mankind. Groups like the NAACP give voices to citizens who otherwise would never be heard and brings awareness about certain issues that affects ua all. This does not stop at African- Americans but spans through people of various races, cultures, and ethnicities.

Sarah

America has many different people. I think it is very important for us to cherish all cultures.

Mike

Empowerment of Women and Minorities IS a progressive goal, the more the merrier.

If he brings the troops home early they could possibly come here and start the war so i say leave them over there.

christopher

they shoud stay there and fight and not leave war when they kill the other army then the shoud bring the troops home

Esther

I think they're very important; everyone needs to be treated equally. That's why slavery was ended; because the government realized that it doesn't matter what you look like. We're all Americans, no matter what color we are.
