How might receiving mail five days a week instead of six affect you and your family? Do you think the post office should cut service?

I don't think it is good for them to cut one day off because it will take much more time to get mail at the Christmas rush and other holidays and regular days. It will affect our family because we won't get mail as fast and with our crazy post office hours it will be hard to get our mail.

I don't think it would affect my family but would affect the mail delivery people. I think they shouldn't cut down the mail delivery to five days because the mail delivery people count on getting money for their families for food, clothes and shelter.

It'll probably be bad because of the bills, and some people don't have e-mail so phone and letters are the only option. Plus it'll take longer to get magazines or stuff.

I don't think it's a good idea, what if your expecting something important and oh yea the mail won't be coming today. I think they should just keep it the way it is.

I think they should keep delivering mail six days a week because if they just deliver it five days instead of six the mail might build up over those two days, then there will be more mail to be delivered on Monday.

getting mail five days a week is fine it's just that some people that work at the post office and deliver mail will get paid less money and then their families will be losing money

i don't think they should because if they cut one day off then the mail will be even slower then they will want to cut one more day then the mail will be even slower until no people send mail anymore

I don't think they should cut back because during holidays and someone's birthday they won't recieve a card or something so I don't think it should happen...

I don't think it is a good idea because what if you needed something really important that will come in the mail and you get it late? It could be bad for us too because it could affect our life also.

I don't think it's a good idea to cut off one day because what if it's someone's birthday on Saturday and their friend is sending them a present. They have to wait till monday to get the present!

I dont think this change is nessary because all todays use is technolgy but the post office uses the old fashion way. All you have to do is advertises it and make it better. If you make this change will effect many of people for example,

No we dont think that the post office should cut mail for 5 or 6 days beacause that might have a big efect on all the family and their payments they have to make on the elctricity, and power they use.The family might not interact with each other much.And talk to each other much often on mail.^_^

This new thing about cuting the days of the USPS workers is odserd. because they don't get much money and can't sopport there family. Now people get mail 6 days a day.

no because if they cut servese then some people may not be in contact with each other but its good that we are getting mail because the people who work to deliver the mail wont have to work that much and we will not waste that much paper which is good.
